DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR HERBS NEED?

Once you have planted herbs you will need to take care of them. Herbs are easy to grow, so you can successfully grow them on your balcony or in your garden. Whether you grow them in pots or in the garden, they will all need plenty of sunlight, mild temperatures and good drainage of the soil, and watering and fertilizing for care.

WHY IS ZIOŁOVIT LIQUID NATURAL FERTILIZER PROBABLY THE MOST SUITABLE FOR YOUR HERBS?

The answer is simple. Because it is natural, and fertilizing only with natural fertilizers is the best way to feed your herbs. Your herbs will be healthy, free of chemicals, will grow faster and will not lose their aroma.
This is a natural fertilizer made from fermented, original Guano from the Peruvian islands. Guano is a conglomeration of seabird droppings, dead animals, feathers, egg shells and sand deposited in areas where seabirds congregate in limited spaces. Their food is provided by cold ocean currents, rich in schools of sardines, mullet and mackerel. The dry climate, caused by the cold currents, promotes the deposition of Guano and the retention of its nutrients due to low leaching rates.

WORTH KNOWING:

Remember to trim regularly. You can also “pluck” the upper leaves. This will help the plant produce more healthy, aromatic leaves. Do not trim the entire plant evenly, so that the leaves will grow steadily. Such pruning will discourage the plant from budding and flowering, which is especially important in the case of herbs, because flowering often changes the flavor of the leaves. Pick the flower buds.

Do not water the herbs too much. Always keep the soil moist, but never overwater. Herbs tolerate very wet soil badly.

When exposed to the sun, herbs secrete essential oils and other chemicals that repel pests, but also determine the aroma of herbs.

Overfertilization, especially with mineral fertilizers, can cause herbs to be less aromatic and lose their properties.
